Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Logic Ltd. ("Wipe.bg", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria and operating the platform available at www.wipe.bg ("Platform" or "Website"), and any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform ("you", "your" or "User").

By using our Platform or any of its services, including but not limited to background removal, editing, or enhancement of images (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. General

• 1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. Wipe.bg provides an automated background removal service for images with optional editing capabilities, all operated locally on the user's device.
• 1.2 We may update these Terms periodically without notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• 1.3 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the complete "Agreement" between you and Wipe.bg.
• 1.4 This document is an electronic record under applicable Bulgarian law and does not require physical or digital signatures.
• 1.5 You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to probe, scan, breach, or exploit vulnerabilities of the Platform, or upload malicious code.
• 1.6 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights (including intellectual property rights) to use and process any content on your device through the Platform.
• 1.7 You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If under 18, you may use the Platform only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Access

• 2.1 You may access and use the Platform directly at www.wipe.bg.
• 2.2 We do not provide any account-based functionality or API services.

3. Communication

• 3.1 By using the Platform, you agree that we may provide important information through our Website, including updates and legal notices.
• 3.2 We do not engage in marketing communications unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• 4.1 We strive to ensure the functionality of the Platform, but make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
• 4.2 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume all responsibility for the results of using the Service.
• 4.3 We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Data and Privacy

• 5.1 All image processing occurs locally on your device. No images or data are uploaded to our servers.
• 5.2 We do not collect, store, or transfer any image content or user data during use of the Platform.

• 6.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party services. These are provided for convenience only, and Wipe.bg is not responsible for their content, terms, or functionality.
• 6.2 Interactions with such third parties are solely between you and the third party.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1 All content on the Platform - including text, graphics, software, and logos - is owned or licensed by Logic Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• 7.2 You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes only.
• 7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicense, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Termination

• 8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
• 8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
